See eye to eye (Isaiah 52:8)

Bible Verse:
“Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.” (Isaiah 52:8 KJV)
Meaning:
To have complete agreement
Origin and Application:
Isaiah was a prophet in Judah, south of Israel, when Hezekiah was king. He prophesized that following the decline of Babylon, watchmen of Jerusalem would eventually be able to see face to face, eye to eye their deliverance from Babylon and their return to Israel.
